The company has the facilities for mechanical testing of metal used for pressure vessels. i.e Universal Testing ,Machine for measuring physical properties of the material used such as Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, and Percentage Elongation etc. is available.
Other machines available are Rockwell, IZOD Testing machine & Hardness testing Machine.
Non Destructive testing facilities in the form of an ultrasonic. Thickness meter, liquid penetrant testing facility and Alcoh Meter are in use at the company. The unit has tied up with outside BARC approved agencies for Radiographic examination, the Unit has Dark Room and Pit Room facilities as well, for complementing the Radiography job.
Hydro testing Pump set for effectively, Carrying out hydro static tests of up to 150 kg/cm² test pressure is available. Rotary compressorsof reputed make for carrying out pneumatic testing of the vessels are also available.
All necessary equipments for carrying out heat treatment of 15m*4m job are available at the shop.
